A rare joint appearance from @RepGreta + @SpeakerVos to announce plans to introduce a bipartisan bill to revive @WisconsinEye. Would create endowment, send interest to WisEye to fund ops. WisEye would still need to raise $ to cover rest of budget, incr transparency on ops.
