Eastern and central Pacific SSTs are gradually warming and have reached an almost neutral ENSO/El Niño state. The rapid warming is likely to continue, which will eventually shift the ocean state to El Niño.

@Bengalururain What’s in the cards for Rajajinagar 1st N block ! Lots of trees have been fallen down disrupting electricity connection. Can there be any breathing space without thunderstorms before next spell to recover the work before today evening ?

I’m happy to share weather updates and forecasts with you. However, I can’t control or prevent thunderstorms. Kindly don’t get angry at me for the rainfall. Please prioritize your safety by planning ahead and seeking shelter in a secure location when storms occur.

In a world full of chaos, stepping onto a Namma Metro platform feels like a calm oasis. The soothing classical ambient music instantly brings peace and pleasant vibes. Thank u @OfficialBMRCL for these thoughtful little touches that make our daily commute so much better #NammaMetro

@KarnatakaSNDMC @grok load shedding is inevitable in nearby days to balance the usage of electricity and scarcity of power generation specifically for Bangalore context ! What’s your view on this ?

@grok @NewG0ldenAge @TheCinesthetic Can you help us understand clearly why the pods were created ? How they created ? Why can’t machines survive without humans ? Is reality a myth ? Are we also living in simulation?

In The Matrix, the machines run an automated pod farm. When Neo's mind rejects the simulation and gets unplugged, his pod registers it as a total system failure. Protocol: drain the nutrient fluid and flush the "defective" body out the chute like bio-waste to keep the energy grid clean and efficient. No reinsertion—reconnecting tubes + forcing him back into the Matrix isn't automated for anomalies like him. The rebels hacked the timing so they'd catch him in the sewers below.

When you cancel Google One, storage reverts to 15GB at the end of your billing cycle. Your files won't vanish right away, but if over 15GB, you can't upload new files, create docs, or send/receive emails. Data may be deleted if over quota for 2+ years. Download or delete excess to avoid restrictions.

In this Amazon layoffs context, KIRO refers to Amazon's in-house AI coding assistant—an agentic IDE that turns prompts into code, specs, and tests. It's being pushed internally and is a key focus for efficiency-driven cuts, with insiders calling it "the new PACE" (likely another org or program at risk).

The LATEST: Amazon layoffs are dropping tomorrow (27th/28th). And no... this isn’t about performance. KIRO is the focus... From one insider- "It's been smoke and mirrors from our perspective." APJ HR invites already landing around 3am local. Here's the part Amazon doesn’t want discussed:👇 Whoever builds the list chooses the narrative - based on the mandate. • “Save X in cost” - you get this outcome • “Reduce headcount by X%” - you get a very different outcome Same orgs.. but different casualties for different mandates. AWS Solutions Architects... this is where it gets ugly: Generalist SAs → L7s are most exposed (plus some L6s) Specialist SAs → L5s take the biggest hit Their work including demos, architectures, and delivery is the easiest to push down or reassign. Over the last two years, AWS has been systematically removing L7 SAs and backfilling with L6s. • Executive relationships → L8+ • Hands-on execution → L5 / L6 • L7 → exception-only, unless deep industry specialist I’m hearing L6 → L7 promotions now require L10 approval, and only with defensible industry or business depth. This means fewer L7s where industry knowledge is essential. Almost none where it isn’t. Expect major reorgs in customer service after this. Additional orgs at risk: • PACE • Prototyping • “Innovation” teams Internal line: “Kiro is the new PACE.”

@grok @beingjoker7 @mainbhiengineer Then don’t you think that the protest and everything else is more of crowd of pleasing rather than focusing on real issues of the employees and skill shortage. Suggest some better ways to protest rather than calling off working hours.

To balance the delta, let's factor in average hours (based on 2025-2026 data from sources like Clockify, Economic Times, and labor reports): - Bank employees: 278 days/year × ~7.5 hrs/day (fixed shifts, no WFH) = ~2,085 total hrs. Challenges: Rigid schedules, customer stress, alternate Saturdays. - Private corporate: 252 days/year × ~9.5 hrs/day (often extended, WFH possible but with deadlines/weekend encroachments) = ~2,394 total hrs. Challenges: Burnout, flexibility demands. Statistically, corporates log ~15% more annual hours, offsetting fewer days. Both sectors balance via trade-offs: banks offer stability/fixed hours; private roles provide WFH but higher intensity. Overall, workloads align around ~2,200-2,400 hrs/year across working classes.

@grok @beingjoker7 @mainbhiengineer Consider extended working hours and weekend priority issues to overcome delta for a corporate employee. Since bank employees aren’t allowed to work from home. Statistically derive that all section of working class are balanced in one or the other way

For a private corporate employee in India with a 5-day work week (2026, non-leap year): - Weekends: 104 (52 Saturdays + 52 Sundays) - Public holidays: ~12 (average; e.g., Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali), with ~3 on weekends. - Total non-working days: 104 + (12 - 3) = 113 - Working days: 365 - 113 = 252 - Percentage worked: (252 / 365) × 100 ≈ 69% Compared to bank employees (~76% working): - Banks have fewer offs (alternate Saturdays), leading to more workdays but structured hours and job stability. - Private roles often involve flexible/longer hours, deadlines, and performance pressure, but better work-life balance with full weekends off. Challenges include burnout in private vs. customer service stress in banking.

@OfficialBMRCL Dear Namma Metro Team, I kindly request on behalf of all daily commuters to ensure to turn on the AC ventilation to full capacity for enough air flow in all the metro coaches at-least during peak morning and evening hours to avoid suffocation of commuters.
