Anyone who uses the term "sex assigned at birth" should be routinely ignored.
Also? Non-binary should be ignored as well.
Sometimes a transgender person's identity needs to be invalidated. Since WPATH, way too many tourists are claiming the transgender identity for nefarious purposes.
Actual allies should call this out because the people it hurts the most are people with actual gender dysphoria
Sometimes your friend needs to tell you a hard truth that you don't want to hear. The transgender community needs more friends like that.

To the uneducated bigots in the comments and quotes: transphobia includes invalidating a trans person’s identity. Additionally, female assigned at birth people who identify as non-binary and don’t transition are also trans.
