Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma says the excise policy case will be heard by a different judge.
However, the judge says she is not recusing from the case because there is any merit in the allegations but merely because she has initiated criminal contempt of court proceedings agianst Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Durgesh Pathak, Sanjay Sing and Saurabh Bharadwaj.
