@shravanrathi03 Hey, we do have this feature. Go to Pharmeasy app > Order medicines > Order via Prescription > Upload Prescription. Follow these steps and you’ll be able to order without having to know medicine names

@dharmilsheth88 develop a window within the app for uploading prescriptions because sellers know the medicine better than the buyer and buyer may find it difficult to name the medicine. It lets us no choice but to buy it offline. Also it will boost your revenue by a great margin.

@pharmeasyapp All the more crucial for a medicine delivery company to meet the promised delivery dates. If there is a delay, it is expected that the customer is informed about the same. There is no communication from your side. We are past two days now and medicine is undelivered.

Order ID: M17390513, though it was out for delivery on 26/3 - still not delivered. I do understand the COVID situation. Diabatic tablets were not available in any nearby market too. Quick_delivery/sharing_pickup_point is highly appreciated.
