Exiting weekend in Boston @lizaferschtman played an epic and glorious Berg concerto with the @bosphil at Symphony Hall. The Berg is such a deep and evocative work. It was an honor to hear it performed by these incredible musicians.

I've been on an antiviral for a week. I'm seeing a noticeable difference in fatigue and mental clarity. FWIW, it's not Paxlovid. This, to me, points to prolonged virus(es) in Long Covid (could be multiple: Covid, EBV, etc.), leading to a cascade of immune dysregulation.
