@dhlexpressuk parcel uplifted 29/6/2020 with a delivery to Cairo promised on 3 July. Consignment 4581412345 has now been sitting in Cairo airport for 18 days. Local DHL staff put the phone down on us when we make enquiries. Absolutely useless - zero interest in providing service

@uk_dhl waybill number 4581412345. Paid £30 on 29 June for express delivery of contact lenses to my son in Cairo. 28 days later it cleared customs! Will never use DHL again. Nil customer service - no responses to telephone calls to Cairo country manager. Wasted £20 in phone calls
