Then..they let me in and wash my. Granted I was beyond embarrassed. And just debated whether to return to practice

The I ran clear off the field Mid practice, knocked on someone's door and said “can I please throw this away and wash my hands”

Someone yelled “ew OMG” and instead of pretending it was not mine, I walked over and picked it up and just ran off the field.

My pad fell out mid run run on the varsity soccer team practice.
