My guest today is Paul Tudor Jones (@ptj_official), one of the greatest macro traders of all time.
He correctly predicted the 1987 stock market crash and shorted the Japanese bubble in 1990. For over 40 years, his flagship fund has had a negative correlation to the S&P 500. 100% of his returns are alpha.
He says today's market has so many similarities to 2000, "the easiest bear market I've ever seen in my whole life."
He makes the case for going long dollar-yen, why Bitcoin beats gold as an inflation hedge, and why he was wrong about Warren Buffett.
But what I'll remember most from this conversation is Paul's zest for life. He's 71 and still wakes at 2:30 every morning to trade the London open. He works out for two hours a day. He walks with his wife every evening. He travels the country chasing peak spring and peak fall. He's so excited about the songs picked for his funeral that he wishes he could be there to hear them.
Paul has lived five lifetimes in one. He's one of the most entertaining and interesting people I've met, and the conversation will leave you searching to be as passionate about what you do as he is about what he does.

📌 Most traders confuse Order Blocks with Supply & Demand zones📈
Here’s the technical difference 👇
🔹 Order Block (+OB) – A price area where institutions placed large pending orders. Often the last candle before a strong move (imbalance).
🔹 Demand Zone – A broader price range where buying pressure historically overwhelmed selling.
📌 Key nuance;
· OB = precision entry (often a single candle).
· Demand = wider zone (multiple candles, repeated rejection).
Pro tip; Combine both – wait for price to sweep liquidity, then enter at the OB inside a Demand zone for higher probability trades.
🎯 Master this = less guesswork, more edge.

"My 4 month old son was perfectly fine before he had his 2nd lot of vaccines back in July 2016. He was given the meningococcal vaccine at 4 months old which is meant for 10-25 year olds. That very same night, he started having stomach pains, night terrors, tremors and seizures, and now has to suffer these every day. His life has been ruined because of this grave medical mistake.
We are taking the doctors, nurses and health visitors to court to get justice not just for Bobby but on behalf of every child that has been maimed by vaccines. They are meant to help but often they do not and they are ruining baby’s lives before they even start. Is this fair? Don’t help if you don't want to but let people have their say and tell their truth. We are only basing our actions on what we see has happened to our son, not what the manufacturers say, but what we see for ourselves and how Bobby changed ON THAT DAY. How can people say vaccines are harmless, I don't know but if a child gets a vaccine and the same night starts having seizures then something has happened somewhere. My son was fine 10 mins before his vaccines so I’ll leave it for the educated people to decide.”

It’s only week five this is the global picture as of today.
🇧🇩 Bangladesh - Fuel rationing active. Universities closed. Military deployed in oil depots.
🇱🇰 Sri Lanka - Fuel rationing active. 15 litre per week cap for private motorists. Four day school week. Scaled back public sector operations.
🇸🇮 Slovenia - 50 litre per day cap on fuel for private drivers. 200 litres for businesses and farmers. Indefinite.
🇵🇭 Philippines - National energy emergency declared. Four day working week in place.
🇵🇰 Pakistan - Four day work weeks and school closures still in effect.
🇲🇲 Myanmar - Alternating driving days imposed.
🇹🇭 Thailand - Diesel price cap imposed. Government officials told to work from home and limit travel. Fuel exports banned except to Cambodia and Laos.
🇻🇳 Vietnam - Tapping fuel price stabilisation fund. Officials encouraged to work from home and limit travel.
🇰🇪 Kenya - Rationing by major fuel suppliers ongoing. Rural areas already running out.

What could be coming
🇬🇧 UK - Ministers could activate contingency powers to introduce fuel rationing at petrol stations. 80% of UK goods travel by road. IEA has advised considering carpooling and working from home to save fuel.
🇪🇺 EU - Emergency measures under discussion. Storage across many member states below 30%.
Shell's CEO warned Europe could face fuel rationing starting in April if the Strait stays closed.
G7 finance ministers, energy ministers and central bank governors met in Paris today and issued a joint statement saying they stand ready to take "all necessary measures" to preserve stability in energy markets.
None of these restrictions have been easing. In several countries they are only getting worse.
