I’m having trouble uploading to @diasend. Gets to 95% then gets an error message. Have tried deleting and re-installing. I’m seeing my endo today so I’m desperate to get it working. Any advice #DOC please?

@RussGlennon Hi! Thanks for reaching out to our support! With a new device, you'll need to set it up manually. Glooko/diasend will only pull the data from your device, it won't send data such as a profile etc out to a device. I hope this helps! Have a great day!
