I put “national security” in quotes because that would be the public-facing reasoning used to force compliance, much like a manufactured energy crisis and supply chain failure will soon achieve. Well, might point is that the data centers and the DUMBs cannot be a matter of national security if "national" security includes 99% of the nation's citizenry.
