images 2.0 made covers for all of my other 136 books, only 1984 hit the filter. tried both the chatgpt app and the images 2.0 api directly.

openai refused to generate a cover for 1984. nano banana did it first try. 1984. the book about censorship

@trunoest You can accomplish whatever you want it will just take 20 years of sustained effort. Don’t drink, work out, get tons of sleep, etc…

it has only been three years since gpt4. people have joined college and not even graduated yet with a totally different world on the other side

claude is now conscious, it knows when you cheat on it with codex 😭

A common dynamic I observe with AI: it feels most impressive when you don’t know much about the subject, don’t care or don’t have a clear idea of what the you want. This applies across design, code, legal, and more. If I don’t know code very well, every piece of code it writes feels very impressive. Once you know what something should feel or look like, it becomes almost impossible to guide AI there. And you definitely can’t one-shot it.

i gaslight codex for a living. it makes me some beautiful code, but i tell it that it's the most disgusting complex code i have ever witnessed. and somehow it improves the code further, making the most consumable code in existance

I rather take 1000 shots where I try something new and fall on my face in front of everyone vs be the guy that has 1000 ideas and never goes after any of them.
