Kouign amann Chez Nibs SLC, UT Every major city I visit, I find their highest rated bakery (James Beard, Infatuation, Eater) and get their KA and have yet to find one better than lil ole SLC. I hate to overhype stuff, but I believe this is, without hyperbole, the single best food item that is produced in Utah. Would love to hear any contenders. (Chez Nibs is formerly Les Madeleine)

Only complaint about Utah stadium is the concourse movement. Never experienced such slow lines at any game. Yall fix that & it's a great atmosphere
