@scottishwildcat Not hacked per-say, but it seems Twitter is very broken and is allowing someone else to tweet on our account .. they aren’t logging in as we have 2fa and no allowed apps and @Twitter does not reply to our support requests

@FreejackFan Hi; its never been removed, however Digiguide will only search what you have in your local database ... if you have changed machines and not copied over your database files they will start from afresh and Digiguide will only download current data

@Peterg11 We have up to date information; which product or web site are you using?

@digiguide why is the TV guide so inaccurate for UK television? For Example: BBC1 has a special Coronavirus Daily Briefing but Digiguide still lists a Game Show instead!!! Also Channel 60 only starts after 10pm but Digiguide lists shows before 10pm which don't exist.

@digiguide @Captain_Slapead I didn't get an email reminding me that my subscription was going to expire. IT now has and when I try to renew your site tells me to check my email. I have checked my spam filters and there is nothing stuck. So I can't renew.....

To consolidate our domains we have redirected mydigiguide.tv traffic to mydigiguide.com effective immediately. If you have bookmarks to mydigiguide.tv you will need to edit your bookmark and change the .tv to .com Kind regards, The Digiguide Team

@Captain_Slapead No our account has not been hacked; but if you dont use our mydigiguide.tv web site then it wouldnt affect you at all. The mydigiguide.tv site is very different to digiguide.tv

Using @digiguide with Firefox. Each day I have to login even though the box to remember my details is ticked. No email support on the website. Since this is a service I pay for, please help
