Update - call to pharmacy #2 for antihypertensive for another patient, on the hold music for 3 minutes this time to ensure a script was received for another patient. 2 minutes later script is called in. No record of outgoing fax despite me sending yesterday. Total = 10 mins

Thanks to @SRFax I've officially spent 5 minutes trying to coordinate an urgent Rx for a patient. stay tuned for more live updates on office time spent calling pharmacies today....cc @TELUSHealth - can we get off the fax already.

Spent another day calling housebound patients to book their COVID vaccine shot. Most patients and their families are very excited. What an emotional experience, I cried with the wife of a MS patient today because she was so grateful for the mobile clinic. Happy to do my wee part!
