@juliacj13 Do your research and incorporate it into the letter. Talk specifically about fit for the specific role you are applying for. Too many cover letters I read are just about the individual, when they should be about why the individual is a fit for the org.

@TheMikeBaldwin Also, it doesn't happen in other sports fields. Ticket managers don't go online crushing other ticket managers if a game isn't sold out. Marketers don't bash fan engagement ideas from other schools. Designers make a new logo? THIS IS SPARTA.
