Your father probably told you a few things, but just in case he wasn’t around enough, here are some words of wisdom you might have missed out on: - Buy high quality tools, so you only have to buy them once. - Keep a change of clothes at the office. - Never hit anyone unless they are an immediate threat. - Every hat should serve a purpose. -Never take her to the movies on the first date. -Learn to wet shave. - Nothing looks more badass than a well-tailored suit. - Shave with the grain on the first go-around. - Always look a person in the eye when you talk to them. - Buy a plunger before you need a plunger. - Exercise makes you happy. Run, lift, and play sports. - Brush your teeth before you put on your tie. - A small amount of your paycheck should go directly to your savings account every month. - Call Mom and Dad every week. - Never wear a clip-on tie. - Give a firm handshake. - Compliment her shoes. - Never leave a pint unfinished. - If you aren’t confident, fake it. It will come around. - You can tell the size of a man by the size of things that bother him. - Be conscious of your body language. - The only reason to ever point a gun at someone is if you intend to shoot them. Period. - Always stand to shake someone’s hand. - Never lend anything you can’t afford to lose. - Ask more than you answer. Everybody likes to talk about themselves. - Never have sex with anyone that doesn’t want it as much as you. - Go for women out of your league. You may end up surprised. - Manliness is not only being able to take care of yourself, but others as well. - Go with the decision that will make for a good story. - When you walk, look straight ahead, not at your feet. - Nice guys don’t finish last, boring guys do. - Find your passion and figure out how to get paid for it. - Don’t let the little head do the thinking for the big head. - No matter their job or status, everyone deserves your respect. - The most important thing you can learn is personal responsibility. - Bad things happen; it’s your job to overcome them. - The first one to get angry loses. -A man does what needs to be done without complaining. -Never stop learning. -Always go out into public dressed like you’re about to meet the love of your life. -Don’t change yourself just to make someone happy. - If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room. - Luck favors the prepared. - Women find confidence sexy as hell. -Do whatever you want to do, but be the best at it. - No one is on their deathbed wishing they spent more time at work. Thought? What's missing? What should be added? What really connects with you? Let us know! #dad #advice

@LeadingReport He should be deported. It would do NYC a huge favor. But will they actually consider it, or just let Mamdani run the city into the ground if he is elected?

Here's what's going to happen to the government grocery stores in NYC: - Stores will sell goods at below cost, subsidized by taxpayers - People will steal from stores without fear of reprisal - People will buy goods at below-market prices and resell them - Private grocery stores, unable to compete, will go out of business - Food shortages develop, followed by civil unrest and starvation - Mayor will blame capitalism

The Ukraine War could have been over in 12 days too. Not even speculation; it was called the Istanbul Accords. Unfortunately Biden not Trump was President.

By large majorities, the American people don’t want Iran to obtain a nuclear bomb. They also don’t want another Forever War in the Middle East. President Trump threaded this needle perfectly.

@chamath Look at who he was running against...again, the dems fail because they want to put the anointed in place. Same reason why Trump won.

@StatBoy_Steven Any fan can identify a problem....we need a better goalie, we need to be tougher, we need whatever. A GM should know how to address the issues. Your point is spot on - Drury is not good at fixing issues, which is his main job.

Drury is good at identifying a problem He is bad addressing it Lundkvist needed a mentor.✅ Signs Nemeth because he's Swedish ❌ Trades Nemeth to avoid a buy-out ✅ Replaces him with Harpur ❌ Trades Lindgren✅ Gives up a 3rd for Soucy ❌ Now he wants to move Soucy✅ Now what?
Phil Kocher@PhilKocher

"Soucy doesn’t appear to be a top-four solution in New York, which means the $3.25 million committed to him is a figure that the Rangers could seek to reallocate more efficiently." #NYR nytimes.com/athletic/64340…

@yashar Wait I thought the Iranians were weeks away from a nuclear wean yet it seems like the same fear mongering has been going on for 30 years. Make it make sense

Former President Bill Clinton: “Mr. Netanyahu has long wanted to fight Iran, because that way he can stay in office forever and ever….” “But I think we should be trying to diffuse it and I hope President Trump will do that. I hope anybody there will do that...we gotta convince our friends in the Middle East that we'll stand with them and try to protect them. But choosing undeclared wars in which the primary victims are civilians who are not politically involved one way or the other, just wanna live decent lives is not a very good solution. Do I think that we have to try to stop Iran from having a nuclear weapon? I do. I tried at that and we had some success. But we don't have to have all this outright, constant killing of civilians who can't defend themselves and they just want a chance to live.”

THE IRANIAN REGIME MUST BE DESTROYED I’ll say it out loud. Again. The Iranian terrorist regime must be destroyed. Nuclear weapons are a horrific byproduct of their genocidal bloodlust and killing-fields ideology.  The evil is the regime itself. The regime is on its back, desperate for a lifeline. It must be eliminated. If our country chooses otherwise, then so be it. I believe history will view it as a huge mistake. Then the Israelis must finish them off without restraints from us. This is not about a democracy project. For example, the Shah was a monarch but an ally.  We just made multi-trillion dollar deals with repressive Arab countries. If democracy comes all the better. But it’s not the object of destroying the regime.  When the French navy helped us defeat the British at Yorktown, making possible our new country, they had no role in establishing our government. What will replace the Islamist terror regime, ask those who conversely fear we not nation build.  My answer is simple: It’s hard to imagine a more monstrous regime than the nuclear obsessed Islamist terror regime there now, which threatens our very survival. The vast majority of the American people know this. Much of the Washington commentariat that profess to speak for us lag far behind. jpost.com/middle-east/ir…

I’m an Israeli living in Israel, with way more skin in the game than you’ve ever had or ever will, and far deeper knowledge than you could ever hope to amass (I don’t get my facts from Wikipedia, Dave). So yes, I write about my life and my country. I don’t hide anything, and there are no hidden interests. Your worldview is so cartoonishly simple: war = bad, peace = good, like those are the only two options. You clearly have no understanding of Islam or how it poses challenges to the West. History will remember you as an ignorant clown, with the moral compass of a 4-year-old and surprisingly solid rhetoric skills.

You have an Israeli flag in your bio and I’m obsessed? As soon as Israel stops killing innocent people with MY money and stops lobbying MY country into war, I will gladly never talk about them again.
Ella Kenan@EllaTravelsLove

Look you don't want the U.S. to enter the war that's fine, but you really have an obsession with Israel. Is it for traffic? money? something else? 99.9% of your commentary is about the Israelis, way before Iran. I hope someone will look into this, although it could be just the classic case of you finally found a way to become famous.
