Go where you don’t have to fight for people to see your brilliance.
And, avoid spaces if they barely tolerate you, even if they’re familiar and beloved.
The lack of empathy in the UX community is rooted in the commoditization of UX design and lack of experience/understanding by a design team working through real-world design/business problems. The gig-econ is partially to blame in a self-promotion fueled world. #uxdesign
