This means every CFO and HR manager must now quantify a budget for the salary perks and benefits of the Human plus a per day token budget for each of their projected agentic team members. The human may cost $400k per year plus bonuses but their agentic team budget will exceed $3.5m per year easy if you just factor in a token spend of $10/day per agent. However when you extrapolate out what the models will deliver inside the next 9months in output this means we will have a potential FTE of high intelligence work equal to 100agents times 4FTE annual output per hour (24hrsx8000hours*365days) which is 7,008,000,000 hours of output knowledge work per year per manager for under $4m in overhead. Or effectively an average per hour cost for 101 employees (1human with 100agents) of $17.34 per hour before the cost of hardware and electricity is factored in. Oh yeah and only one healthcare and stock option plan. If you could hire the best 101 people ever at only $200k a piece and work them a double shift 7 days per week you’d only have 589,000 hours of production (not 7B) and your annual cost would be 5x for the talent alone

🚨 JENSEN HUANG (CEO OF NVIDIA) JUST DESCRIBED THE FUTURE OF WORK IN ONE SENTENCE. "Every engineer is going to have and manage hundreds of agents." Not one agent. Not a few automations. HUNDREDS. Running simultaneously. Working autonomously. Executing tasks while you sleep. Let that number land for a second. Jensen Huang has watched every major technology shift of the last 30 years from the closest possible seat. He built the hardware that powers every AI system on earth. He does not make predictions casually. When he says every engineer will manage hundreds of agents he is not describing a distant future. He is describing what the engineers at the frontier are already doing right now. And what every engineer will be doing within 24 months. Here is what most people are missing about this prediction. Managing hundreds of agents is not a technical skill. It is an architectural skill. You do not write code for 200 agents. You design systems where agents spawn other agents. You build orchestrators that route tasks to specialists. You create memory layers that let agents share context without human intervention. You set quality gates that catch failures before they compound. You design for the case where three agents disagree on the answer. This is a completely different way of thinking about software and about work. The engineer who can build and manage multi-agent workflows does not compete with other engineers. They compete with departments. One person. Hundreds of agents. The output of a team. The full playbook to build 100x agentic workflows in 2026 is below. Free. From someone who has already built them. Bookmark this for the weekend. Follow @cyrilXBT for the exact multi-agent architectures Jensen is talking about.

The only option for this f-Ed up state is a complete purge of the @dnc from the final two. Enough is enough with all these corrupt assclowns gaslighting us rational minded and productive class citizens. It’s @SteveHiltonx for me after that long form unscripted @allinpod_clips last week

Becerra's chief of staff pleaded guilty to stealing $225,000, and Becerra can't keep his story straight. The last thing Democrats need is another candidate surrounded by scandal.

Gavin Newsom went on Bill Maher and spewed the most brazen and shameless string of lies about the state of California. Newsom's lying is now truly pathological. Here's a real time fact-check:

@realannapaulina How about real jail time like any citizen who would commit similar or lesser crimes? Seems pretty simple, but the courts would be backed up for years with all the cases

What happens when AI gets powerful enough to change everything, but your most sensitive data is still running on someone else’s computer? My ATOMIQ LEVEL conversation with Tor H, founder of Lovarys, goes deep into the future of local AI, privacy, professional trust, and the rise of the “AI lockbox.” This one is for lawyers, accountants, advisors, founders, family offices, and anyone who believes intelligence should be useful without forcing us to surrender ownership. open.substack.com/pub/wealthmatt…
