Reform receives a large, perfectly lawful donation from a British Citizen, and Labour responds by rushing through a new law to prohibit him from making such a donation again. Rycroft even refers to British citizens as “malign actors” in his report. This is how fast the machinery of government moves when it wants to protect itself. When it comes to securing our borders? Nothing can be done for years at all apparently. This Starmer regime is authoritarian. Cancelling elections, choking off legal funding for its main rival, surveilling speech. My parliamentary written questions have been entirely stonewalled. I’ve had enough 😡 So, today I raised a Point of Order from the floor of the House. The Prime Minister might wish to try and ignore my ongoing questions, but I can assure him I will keep persisting until we get the answers the public deserve. As is so often, it is the attempt at cover-up that leads to downfall in politics.

⚠️🚨LABOUR COUNCILLOR ADMITS MAKING CSA IMAGES 👉Former Stevenage councillor and MP aide, Conor McGrath, has pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children. McGrath, 29, admitted having 515 CSA images on his iPhone and ipad, including 77 in the worst category showing children being r-ped. Defence said McGrath had "suffered trauma in his childhood" and has "fragile mental health". McGrath served as a Labour councillor for Bedwell ward on Stevenage Borough Council from January 2023 until his arrest in April 2025. He also worked as a senior aid for Stevenage MP Kevin Bonavia. He resigned his council seat in May 2025 and was suspended by the Labour Party. McGrath will appear at St Albans Crown Court on 17th April for sentencing - and remains on bail.

I’m absolutely livid. @Nigel_Farage and his @reformparty_uk MPs just walked out during my question to the PM about keeping snooker in Sheffield and getting a tram-train extension to Stocksbridge. Farage and Reform don’t care about constituencies or communities like mine.

This should come as no surprise to anyone who has interacted with the execrable Chris Parry. Only weeks ago he was forced to issue a grovelling apology after telling David Lammy he should ‘go home’ to the Caribbean, clearly on thin ice Reform UK have suspended him following his comments regarding the Hatzola ambulance antisemitic attack. Arrogant, bigoted and not fit for public office. Parry lasted a mere four months before proving to be too toxic even for Reform. Once again their vetting has proved to be found wanting. Just because you were a Rear Admiral doesn’t mean you are cut out for a political career.
