Something funny happened at my Swimming pool that in a way is a reflection of our civic sense as well. I go to a municipal swimming pool in the heat of Mumbai, not those fancy shmancy ones that cost more than the defence budget of Bangladesh. So the crowd is mostly middle class. It's not expensive, but not cheap at 11k a year either. So the crowd that comes in is decently off economically It's a popular swimming pool which has peak occupancy rate which exceeds 150 people For those many people we have some 15 to 20 showers. Most of them enclosed Till Six months ago they had the usual shower heads, the ones you know you could reach by hand to tilt and twist. Normal right? Turns out people who came to the pool, used to steal those shower heads. As a result 50% of them used to be inoperational at any point in time. This used to cross massive crowding in those showers that worked. So the pool guys decided to alter the shower heads three months ago. Now all shower heads are more than 10 feet off the ground. You need to be Andre the Giant with a step ladder to reach it now. And pleased to say, all showers are now working. I criticize our govt officials a lot, but sometimes I really feel for them. The problems that they need to solve are so complex that they don't exist anywhere else on earth. Even a simple thing like a Shower head installation needs creativity and special attention. Where else on this planet do you need to account for Shower head theft? Where else would perfectly middle class people, steal shower heads? Truly out govt guys have their task cut out

Did you know that you can download your tax return data from the IRS website? You can then upload it to AI and ask it to deliver a comprehensive report on tax saving strategies The result is surprisingly good for something out of the box! (especially if you use Opus 4.5)
