@maxbranzburg Your concierge Lauren Moses said I have an open position on BIP-20DEC30-CDE. I have screenshots showing that contract can't be found under the futures tab, trade history, order history, positions tab, portfolio page. I've never traded a futures contract. Please help

@brian_armstrong @jessepollak @maxbranzburg I am being told I entered a derivatives position on a btc contract that does not show up on my portfolio page, orders and transaction history, positions tab. I first reported issues on March 2nd. What is going on?

@AnneMaOdland @CoinbaseSupport Three support reps. 2 nights. Sent them screenshots of it all and nothing is resolved yet. Unable to set bracket orders so I’m unable to mange risk.

@CoinbaseSupport Why is your status page showing US Derivatives as “Operational” when I’ve spent the last two nights with your support team because of as they put it “ghost” orders keeping me from managing my position? Your support rep a couple hours ago said it’s a known issue.

#BTCUSDT HIT $60,000. NOW COMES THE TRAP! Bitcoin just tested the $60,000 psychological level. The drop was sharper than the market expected, marking the end of the Micro Wave 3. 🛑 What happens now? The trend is still BEARISH, but we are entering a Wave 4 Correction. Do not mistake this bounce for a new Bull Market. But be careful! Usually, Wave 4 stops at the 0.382 Fib level. However, since Wave 2 bounced back from 61.8 Fib level, the "Alternation Rule" suggests Wave 4 could go deeper. 🚀 Potential Bounce Target: Up to $78,910 (Fib 0.618). We expect a choppy rise towards this level before the next crash.
