Till 20 years ago, AC wasn't the norm. Indians adapted to the heat through geography-specific diets, architecture, and lifestyles. We are ignoring native wisdom and indigenous history in favor of Western-centric habits that don't fit our climate. Westerners spent 200-300 years here hardly enough to evolve in local conditions.
Don't ban ACs, but don't forget how your grandparents survived and thrived in the exact same sun.

Looks like Indians on social Media are most uninformed and ignorant flock of people. In Summer they have issues with normal Maximum temperature and occasional heat waves ( which are also normal) . In monsoon they have have problems with reclaimed cities like Mumbai getting flooded ( reclaimed areas are below sea level) In Winter they have problem with haze This is result of not knowing your own geography ans history as well. And these people want to compete with China and USA. God Save India from these ignorant educated fools!

feminism didn’t save women, it kinda uncorked this wild side in women, something that the old-school, male-dominated world had been keeping a lid on for what they thought was the good of society and families.

This is such a silly romanticization of manual labour.
Most labourers do not look like this. They look worn down, underfed, stunted, injured, and aged far beyond their years. People are taking an outlier physique and pretending it proves some deep truth about “real strength.”
Also, the man unloading steel all day is doing exhausting, hazardous work for peanuts, often with poor nutrition, poor sleep, and zero recovery. That is not some superior fitness philosophy. That is economic compulsion bordering on modern day slavery.
In any case, a gym bro can reach this level or better with 5 to 6 hours a week, decent protein, proper sleep, and a few years of consistency, instead of gambling his spine, knees, and long-term health for a fitness noob's idea of “real man” aesthetic.
