Even if the odds are 100% chance of getting myocarditis, you're dealing with a known quantity vs. an unknown quantity. It still doesn't make sense to take the vaccine if you're healthy and can deal with the risks of living life with myocarditis vs. an unknown variable that could be more life threatening.

If the vaccine was a traditional vaccine, then you would be right, but it's not, as I stated above, it's an experimental vaccine with unknown variables that we're still figuring out 5-6 years later. Meanwhile, catching mycarditis even if the odds are more than 50% would still be mild compared to unknown risks that could be much worse than simply getting myocarditis.

@diosHD_ @Timcast Again, when you catch the virus outright it’s more portent and strong and has run through various people to get to you, those variables are way more of a risk than a controlled shot that was designed and can be broken down. A wild virus is always more dangerous.

again, the known variable is getting myocarditis, the unknown variables are unknown by definition. everyone does with that information what they want to do but those are the facts. would you rather have a 50% chance of catching myocarditis and that's it, or a 50% chance of getting it and possibly more unknowns?

it was an experimental vaccine to begin with. not a traditional vaccine. even if you had the same chances of getting myocarditis from both taking it or not taking it you're still adding an unknown variable by taking something that's experimental and not a traditional vaccination. the argument could be that covid was also an experimental unknown variable but that only applies to the first strain and very early on, once 5 months went by we saw the people who were most affected and the actual dangers of the unknown variables for covid itself vs. the still unknown variable for the vaccine which we wouldn't see the full info for until years later.
