@DGCAIndia @AAI_Official @IndiGo6E @CISFHQrs Today's the way of handling the flights and security is horrific in Mumbai Airport T1. Whereas 6E 5063 boarding has started and the same is popping in the board, security checks were being denied. Large no of crowds were there.

There's no proper coordination between airline and security personnel and it shows the lacks in proper policy on handling such big gathering in this kind of emergency.

Spoke to Railway Minister @AshwiniVaishnaw and took stock of the situation. Rescue ops are underway at the site of the mishap and all possible assistance is being given to those affected.

@RailwaySeva It's not about full refund. It's about you're taking premium fare, still the train is late for more than 4 hours. It's better NOT to take premium and dynamic PART if it keeps on delaying like this.
