@directferries So apparently it’s my fault. I shouldn’t expect a phone number or immediate assistance. They can’t do anything because they are just a booking agency. Well they happily took my booking, at a premium to what Grimaldi Ferries would charge. Luckily talking to Grimaldi direct worked
