أسوأ تركيبة غذائية ممكنة : كارب عالي + دهون عالية + بروتين منخفض من ناحية بيئة هرمونية ؟سيء من ناحية بيئة صحية ؟ سيء من ناحية بيئة ايضية ؟ سيء من ناحية استهلاك السعرات ؟ سيء من ناحية بناء كتلة عضلية ؟ سيء المصيبة أن هذا النمط الغذائي منتشر بشكل كبير في المجتمع
