@TKsMantis I wonder why Charisma is such an underdeveloped special stat, i really want some videos covering the charisma stat and why it's in this state, it's only useful to buffing up your companions and nothing else, at least in a vanilla game.

There are two charisma checks in all of Fallout: New Vegas. 7 Charisma to convince Keller not to arrest you for transporting the medical supplies during Dealing with Contreras. 7 Charisma to successfully respond to all comments from the Mini Boomers, gaining Boomers fame.
