A recent survey from @CHSScotland showed 72% of people with Long Covid said they need support but can't access it and 82% has some kind of difficulty accessing services.

Is it normal @YodelOnline for a customer to ask that a parcel be sent to a local store and you deliver it to a town 4 miles away? Then you phone your contact centre to raise a complaint & they advise you they can’t?? REALLY?…….& I have to wait another 48 hours for my parcel??

I am really lucky. I saw a doctor who understood POTS. Knew what test diagnosed it and was placed on medication that helps.

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t hold out as much confidence. They could easily have emailed me to advise of this. They did that yesterday when they asked ME when I was available. To be honest given the customer experience I have had I am not surprised at all.

@drclairetaylor I was recently in Florida. The hotel room had machines similar to this to make coffee. And wee coffee bags (looked like a tea back ) that you put in the machine. 😂🤣. None of the rooms had kettles…..I don’t drink tea.

@drclairetaylor I am sure had you looked you would have seen something. We have what I refer to as the world’s brightest street lighting and I could still see it with my eyes everywhere I looked. It was incredible 😍. It even glowed in through the window!
