Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. The customer supports executives randomly disconnect calls to avoid answering queries. Multiple challenges have been faced by my close ones.

My brother raised a complaint the same day which is 11-07-2025 and jio customer care scheduled a repair service date for 15-07-2025. So for 4 days no one was supposed to show up. Then again 12-07-2025 ny brother requested to reschedule the repair date for an earlier date.

But @JioCare gave a date of 17-07-2025 instead. We are paying thousands for this service. Today, the 13-07-2025, we got in touch with jio care again and they have literally denied to sort this up. Request to all to immediately discontinue using jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

It is to bring to your attention that there was a delay in the intimation of the claim. I was unfortunately admitted to the hospital and underwent surgery when the incident occurred.

@dahiya_aastha @abhimanyusiingh This is not the first time Flipkart has cheated anyone. Even if they fail to resolve your issue, trust me there are many ways to get to them. Just make sure that every conversation you have with them is via email and keep the record of the same for future.
