So @VFSGlobal at #Pondicerry makes each and every traveler wait for at least 2 hours without any rush at the center just to upsell the Premium Lounge. They even promise you quicker processing if you opt for the Premium Lounge Services. @FranceinIndia This needs some strict intervention. Have got this feedback from quite a few travelers.

I have never seen anything like this in any airport in India or elsewhere (experience limited). A free library in the departure waiting hall of Coimbatore airport. Read and leave behind before boarding. No boarding pass, no deposit, no Aadhaar. Congratulations Airport Authority of India. Please continue. Next time I am passing through I will donate some books. If Adani was in charge they’d ask us to leave our shirts behind. @aaicbeairport @AAI_Official
