@wormboybuck @SatoruBuckley How do you get your mail if you don't have a mailbox...? It might not literally be on a stick in front of your yard Mine is on a stick across the street next to my neighbor's mailbox so the mailman only has to drive down one side of the road to deliver everyone's mail.

@ABridgen If I tried to spend a $100 bill at the local takeaway, they'd tell me to give them British money.

@meghanncuniff @robbhurstCPA ......................................................I feel like all of the FREE pound cake send to the police station would offset any annoyance of the "threatening" phone calls. But that's just my opinion 😂😂😂😂😂

A retired deputy suing Afroman for defamation testified he doesn’t know why the rapper nicknamed him “Officer Pound Cake,” so Afroman’s lawyer played the “Lemon Pound Cake” video. “You would admit that’s you with the glasses walking by the lemon pound cake on the counter?”

@KellyScaletta @Acyn Third, if wealthy people pay 50% of taxes, then working class do pay as much as the rich do - 50%.

@Acyn Ok. First, that's not true. They pay 50% of the federal income taxes, not 50% of the overall taxes. Second, SO FUCKING WHAT?!?!

Foxx: One of our colleagues just talked about the fact that wealthy people pay small percentages of their income on taxes. But what he didn't say is they pay over 50% of all the taxes paid in this country, and that working class people don't pay nearly as much as they do.

The chocolates on the pillows, those are surely free. But a bottle of champagne? I'd be a bit concerned about that. Or do these people check into a hotel, drink the "free beers" and eat the "free food" in the mini-fridge, and then get shocked they weren't "free" and in fact quite expensive?

This couple was visiting out of state and decided to use an Airbnb. When they got there they were treated to a beautiful view as well as delicious treats placed throughout the house. There were chocolates on pillows, assortment pastries and sweets. All were appreciated and enjoyed. The couple thought the host was being very hospitable and gracious with the treats since there was no mention of them in the contract. Several weeks went by and they were sent a bill through Airbnb for over $700. Those free treats weren’t free and the hosts charged them for every crumb. Was this fair to do so since there wasn’t any kind of communication that said they would be charged for them. Would you dispute this or just pay for it since you did eat them?

These women rented an Airbnb, the owner of the home demanded a $500 security deposit. The women reluctantly agree and they ask the owner if they will get the money back after they leave. The women clarify, and ask him if they will get the full amount they put down and if it worked as a true security deposit. The owner said no, they would only get some of it back because he uses the security deposit he charges to pay for the utilities that they consume, mainly electricity and gas. The women feel like they are being scammed and only want to pay for the day they were in it instead of an extended visit as they originally planned. If we stay at a hotel, we pay one price for the room, they don’t charge us for the water for showers and electricity to charge our phones. So do you think the owner was and has been scamming people with his security deposit?

@iWomansplainer The dramatic term 'blood moon' is used for a total lunar eclipse. The eclipse of April 3 AD 33 was partial. Not that unusual, considering that lunar eclipses only occur at full moon, which the Passover is by definition.

omg the audience's reaction when Conan made this joke during his Oscars opening monologue "It's the first time since 2012 that there are no British actors nominated for Best Actor or Best Actress. A British spokesperson said, 'Yeah, well, at least we arrest our pedophiles.'"
