@dj_maxxi @bt_uk @EE The guaranteed speeds are over wired, so whenever testing always make sure you’re on a wired connection. Doesn’t explain a sudden drop in Wi-Fi speed, unless you’ve jest put your tree up as Christmas decorations live to wipe out Wi-Fi signal! I’m with EE too, btw

How is it @bt_uk can just move you mid contract over to @EE but I can’t cancel mid contract following the move? Since moving my guaranteed speed of 450mbps is now a 1/4 of that consistently. Surely as this wasn’t by choice you should be able to cancel!!
