@HSBC_UK is there any issues with push notifications coming through, my mobile has them enabled and on the app there enabled, but when I use my card I don't get a notification

@StefScope @jamesholgate90 @HSBC_UK Hiya, sorry for the tag just to mention that I’ve been having the same exact issue with @HSBC_UK for months. Got told it was investigated by multiple teams but clearly it’s an issue that affect lots of people and it’s not user or phone specific 🤷🏻♂️ still no push notifications 😭

I’m still waiting for tracking number I was told it was shipped Sunday with First Class but never came and still marked as not shipped. Please check my emails. Thank you
