@AmazonHelp UPS has told me the investigation is done. I can't have a 6k block on my card for that long. Ive done my part. I am one step away from having my credit card provider step in an issue a credit but I dont want to go that route if this can be sorted sensibly
its been two weeks
@AmazonHelp The item was sent two weeks ago, after a few days ups scans stopped picking up the item and marked it as lost between scans. I have called amazon support multiple times and internal cases have been opened but they cannot refund for some odd reason.
