I hear you, Brad. I’m in the same boat as you! Over the years, I’ve observed that the FE community is more obsessed with tooling than good software development practices and the result is the mess you’re talking about. There are so many so called _devs_ out there who can’t build a basic app but have played with all the FE tools has ever existed! What worries me is that we have a similar pattern in the AI community: certain folks are obsessed with ML models. And these are often the ones screaming on social media and YouTube that AI is taking away their jobs.
