‘Don’t have the resources to reschedule missed collections’ 🤦‍♂️

Appalling brown bin service from @FlintshireCC. Missed collection on 7th, failure to collect now being blamed on snow and won’t collect until next schedule led collection date. Quick to state that not entitled to refunds though. Despite not requesting one. Sort it out!

Trying to pay a PCN notice @Go_CheshireWest. Your website doesn’t recognise, telephone doesn’t recognise, call centre tells me your ‘machine’ isn’t working will reset the 14d period and to try again when it is (!?), won’t confirm in writing and can I email your Parking team (1/2)

Emailed as requested and get an automated response directing me to another website that doesn’t address the issue raised. Your customer engagement is atrocious. If I can’t pay due to a fault at your end surely you should be cancelling the notice?! @CllrSDixon @weezegee
