So much for book the exit row! @British_Airways any point being lifetime gold and treated like this? #Exitrowfortallpeople not the 5ft nothings sat there!
@djwillrich Hi David, we're sorry to hear you've been left disappointed with the seating on board. You can submit a complaint to our Customer Relations team here. aerlingus.com/support/custom…
@Avis, how does this work? £46 cheaper to rent a car on the .com website as opposed to .co.uk, applying discount code does not give a discount and no one can be bothered to answer an email or the phone! Great customer service!
#AmericanAirlines get your act together! You email passengers, almost daily, stating that we must use VeriFLY. Why therefore, do your check-in staff ignore it, ask all the same questions and give you a paper form to fill out exactly the same as the one you did online?! 🤬
If you are attending the Saudi Entertainment and Amusement (SEA) show this week, please visit the Experience UK Stand 1E40. I will be pleased to meet you there!

@British_Airways you need to learn the entry rules for Saudi Arabia, check in was a very bad joke yesterday! Fortunately you have some incredible staff that can see when the computer says “NO!” It is wrong. 2 hours to resolve is unacceptable!! As was the further 3+ hours delay!

#UPS Unpredictable Parcel Service! Using #Brexit as an excuse for a 2 week delay! Really? I accepted a week, but two weeks takes some believing! Get your act together #UPS!
We believe that testing passengers for COVID-19, instead of imposing quarantine, is the safest and most efficient way to get the world flying again.
We will be inviting customers travelling from New York and Los Angeles to the UK to take part in our trial. #testingmustfly
We are thrilled to confirm two of our much loved 747s have found new homes. G-CIVB will be permanently retired at Cotswold Airport and will be open to the public from Spring 21. Whilst G-CIVW will start a new life at Dunsfold Aerodrome, available for training and filming.
