@AmericanAir The point is stop with the 15 minute increment bullshit. Flight was delayed to 4:45. It is now 4:37 so we obviously are not departing in 8 minutes. Now it is delayed until 5pm (surprise, another 15 min) and no way we are departing in 20 minutes. And no explanation as to why.
