Damn so the plan is to force Monero miners to work for qubic ? 🤯🤯🤯. If Qubic’s computational power reaches half of the Monero network, it would mean Qubic is mining 1 out of every 2 blocks. That’s around 216 XMR per day just from Qubic alone. For other miners (outside of Qubic), this means their share of the rewards would be cut in half. They would earn much less while paying the same for electricity and hardware, which could make solo mining or traditional pool mining unprofitable for many. Now imagine if Qubic reaches 100% of the network hashrate. That would mean Qubic is mining every single Monero block, and no one else gets any rewards. Other miners wouldn’t be able to compete unless they join Qubic’s compute network. They’re not forced to, but they’d have to choose between joining Qubic or stopping altogether, because they’d be earning nothing. This would be a massive shift in Monero mining. It would prove that Qubic’s decentralized compute layer is not just theoretical, it actually outperforms traditional mining setups and dominates the network through real-world utility.
