On Conceicao offside goal, similar situations with different outcomes can certainly be found, but I can also understand why the goal was disallowed. Koopmeiners does not necessarily block the goalkeeper's view, that's true, but he does stand “close” to the keeper and in the ball's path. Would the goalkeeper have saved it, if Koopmeiners hadn’t been standing where? Probably not, but he does and I guess it’s just one of those 50-50 calls that a referee has to make sometimes. This time it went against us, maybe next times it goes our way, - I am just glad it didn't affect the outcome of the match ⚫️⚪️

This isn’t me bashing Football Australia, but it’s a conversation that needs to happen. For years people have said FA don’t actively keep tabs on young Australian players overseas. There are plenty of talents abroad who rarely get contacted or even discussed. Now with Adrian Segečić switching his international association to Croatia, it raises a real concern. If young dual-national players feel overlooked, other countries will step in. If nothing changes, Australia risks losing more talent. 🇦🇺⚽

Igor Tudor is close to being sacked at Spurs. Thiago Motta, still on the Juventus payroll, is being linked with the job. #Juventus [Telegraph]
