@JodkaVello @AnnaBower There was a bogus study that was cited by a US Supreme Court justice claiming black doctors do better with black baby patients than white or Asian. The evidence was debunked, but she still cited it. A DEI Supreme Court justice.

Makes you wonder how many of these bogus quotes and citations have not been caught and have influenced court decisions. There might be a business there in mining legal documents for bogus citations then, without revealing what you have discovered, getting paid on a contingency basis by one of the parties to have the verdict overturned.
