Context: (The story according to the user, I only help in translating to English) The story: - The user @Tradecelb deposited 20k USD to MEXC - The user traded spot with that money, and lost. According to the user, he lost 1.2k USD. So, he should still have 18.8k USD - Afterwards, the user wanted to withdraw the funds, but was unable to do so. The user thoought there was a technical issue. However, when the user wanted to trade, he could not. His account was frozen - After contacting the customer service, the user was told that he violated risk control and needed to wait more than 1 year. - After a few months of "risk control evaluation", the user's fund suddenly decreased into 237 USD - The user was informed that the wallet he used was indicated to be a syndicate or some group that were involved in insider and/or wash trading. Strangely, the user used his Indodax (Indonesian CEX wallet) to transfer his funds - User claims that he was banned from telegram group, and other means of communication with MEXC Can you please have a look on this? @cecilia_hsueh
