By learning and practicing new behaviors to grow self-confidence, we can overcome imposter syndrome and be proud of who we are and what we know.

Imposter syndrome is debilitating, even more so for women and minorities. The gender gap and unconscious biases can add to the stressors of being “not good enough.” This feeling can hinder performance and even lead to leaving the field completely.

We did the Coded Bias screening as a family. “Data is destiny.” “Intelligence without ethics isn’t intelligence.” My kids takeaway was “to build for all”. I hope I can at least influence the tech pipeline to ensure inclusion in the future. #ghc2020 #vGHC
