@blinds2go Please can you explain why my order is taking so long and please expedite it? Ordered 15th Dec, was predicted delivery early January, now changed to 27th January. Meanwhile, living in a house with bare windows. This is not an acceptable. Order number B70826801WB.

@TicketmasterCS Oh wait, I've had a really unhelpful response which is basically wait and see but chances are that transfer won't be available. The only way around this is for me to give my login details to the other people, which is surely not a position I should be put in!?

@TicketmasterCS I bought 3 car park tickets for an event but the website won't let me transfer them to the other drivers. Obviously we can't all arrive at exactly the same time to enter the car park and so I need to give them their tickets. Any ideas?

On Saturday morning, 18 incredible runners represented Ballifield at the KS2 cross country event held at Brunswick. The children all showed tremendous determination to complete the course. @sfs_sports @ForgeSSP

@virginmedia We had the latest hub delivered a few weeks ago for our broadband and have had outage multiple times everyday since. There are never problems reported in the area during these times. Could it be a problem with the new router? It happened much less frequently before.

@Hoseasons Can you categorically say on here, in public, for all to see, that you are refusing to refund in all circumstances? That will save you a lot of time and will definitely free up your time later on when you have lost all future custom!

@Hoseasons I appreciate you can't discuss individual cases, but you would save yourself a lot of time if you answered people's general questions publicly. Like the one about whether you will give the refunds we are all entitled to.

@Hoseasons I've tried to contact you in multiple ways, countless times to arrange a refund for my cancelled holiday. Noone wants to rearrange for the uncertain future for a massively inflated price! (please don't just reply with the usual "DM us and we'll get back to you")
