@SamsonMKasumba @assempebwa @SamsonMKasumba Katonga bridge was never a culvert bridge. During the reconstruction of Kampala - Masaka - Masaka road btn 2010-2013, a new bridge was constructed at the Katonga River crossing. This is the bridge that was swept by floods in 2023.

Can someone please explain to me how it was possible to think that culverts can manage the volumes of water here? What was the engineering logic behind culverts as opposed to bridge? I come in peace to learn which is always what I love to do. @assempebwa What was the argument? Passed by this weekend and it is great work.

UEDCL shenanigans notwithstanding. If I'm to buy an electric cooker, how much do you think it would consume per Month to fully cook. My estimate is around 50K per month. Invest 10 million in a Unit trust, gives you 1 million per year, 600K needed for electricity bill.🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ 😂
