नेपालमा हाल ३४३३७ (३०३०० गत बर्ष ) जना व्यक्तिहरुमा एचआईभी संक्रमित रहेको अनुमान छ । हाल २७०५४ (२४७९३ गत बर्ष) जना संक्रमित व्यक्तिहरुले 'एआरटी' सेवन गरी उपचार गराइरहेका छन् । जुन २०१५ मा उपचारमा रहेका संक्रमितको तुलनामा दोब्बर हो।
