Social media doesn't show you humanity. It shows you humanity's worst moments, amplified, monetized, and served back to you on a loop because anger keeps you scrolling. You don't leave informed. You leave angrier. And we aren’t the user. We are the product.

@BrandonLuuMD This was my go to trick to consolidate whatever I studied, short power naps.

An "ultra-short" nap of just 6 minutes improved recall by ~18% in one study. All it takes is a few minutes to get a noticeable performance boost.

Dont waste your "Signals" on my program. Use them for people who really value that sort of thing. I Still do not know what to do about signals. Teach me!

@jasonryanmd I found the longer questions to be easier than the short ones, they always have way more information to extract for the correct diagnosis etc.

USMLE questions with long stems are no harder than questions with short stems if you know how to sift the information down to the key points. When you practice, go back after reading the right answer and notice what info was important versus extraneous. Ultimately, long questions are just short questions with amwindow dressing. Find the short questions embedded in the long stems.

Expert Consult Clinic of Lahore started with a couple of students a month. Now, we have come to a point where students come and go every week. And it surprises me how much knowledge we exchange with each other within the span of a week. This week, we said farewell to one doctor and welcomed three. We are delighted to offer this humble service to our students. #education #healthcare #medicaleducation #learning

This F1 season has really started cooking, a 3 way constructor title doesn’t seem very far fetched..
