@drjenn93 No one is learning any lessons especially our folks at cms, and even these large self funded employer groups that complain about drug cost but these really smart people that sign up for these plans look pretty dumb every time we find these examples of waste!!

Fraud, waste & abuse by mail order pharmacies/PBMs. You know they think this patient is adherent to these medications because they sent them to their house, right? Drug take backs are a eye opening example of waste in the system that patients & employers are paying for! 🛑PBMs!
