Air India says 30% of passengers on India-US flights ask for wheelchairs. Most are able bodied travelers scamming the priority boarding system. Real disabled passengers get left short.

@JamesBond382100 @bruce_barrett I’m just saying not just Indians I have seen this during my international travels most Asians do it, we need to address the issue rather than just blaming, I’m against this misuse too, understand that first, but do airlines have an easy approachable service for transfer ?

@pranavom8 @bruce_barrett No. Wrong. Indians are, by far, the worst offenders and the comments by Indians prove it. Indians justify the use of DISABILITY MOBILITY by claiming they can't speak English, or haven't travelled before. That is not disability, that's tough shit. Stop scamming.

@Crook1Halfway @bruce_barrett Not necessarily, Air India may not charge but many other airlines do, especially for international travel, issue is we need to question why they misuse! Instead of 20 staff on fake wheel chair assistance if they simply say free passenger connecting flight assist!
